Interdisciplinary Graduate Study in Oceans

MIT offers its students unique opportunities for interdisciplinary graduate study and research in all areas of oceans: applied ocean science and engineering, ocean exploration and utilization for transportation, defense, and extracting resources, the study of chemical, physical and biological oceanography, and the role of the oceans in climate.
